Can my Leopard Gecko eat grasshoppers?

The pet shop is selling grasshoppers, small ones anyways. Are they just as nutritious as crickets? I'd like to feed her a variety but the crickets keep escaping and chewing through her polystyrene walls. If the grasshoppers are less nutritious than the mealworms and/or crickets then i'll only get them her every week instead.

Yes, they can eat them, they're actually higher in protein than crickets, other things you can feed leopard geckos are dubia roaches, silk worms, morio worms (superworms) & phoenix worms (calci-worms) 🙂
